The position is a challenging opportunity for a bright graduated in mechanical or aerospace engineering, within the Finis Terrae Project. A proven experience in Assembly, Integration and Test activities gained in space or industrial environment is a mandatory pre-requirement. In the role, the candidate will: -contribute to set-up the industrial facility for Finis Terrae project, including infrastructure, robotic automation, jigs and tools; -contribute to set-up and validate the critical industrial processes; -select and drive the operational team for AIT activities; -set-up the MAIT operational instructions; -to lead the prototyping and industrial operations; The academic background of the candidate shall include a MSc or PhD with high marks (please, indicate them in the reply). The candidate shall be familiar to operations safety norms. He shall be familiar to aerospace grade special processes for metallic and composite parts (including welding), and main NDI inspection methods.The candidate shall be able also to: -Manage daily operations -Oversee multiple personnel -Help with onboarding and training Awareness of ECSS norms and other relevant standards applicable to space industry, knowledge of space propulsion system and engine architecture and design is appreciated. International mindset is mandatory. Knowledge of liquid propellants and thermokinetics applied to combustion, is appreciated. He shall be strongly motivated by Finis Terrae start-up international environment, ready to win the challenges of designing processes for an innovative propulsion system, with a high level of empowerment and responsibility. About Finis Terrae Project: the objective is to develop and deliver world class Green Orbital Propulsion System solutions, by using an innovative development approach, focused to risk decision making and time to market, and relying onto a young international team located in Rome, Italy.

Finis Terrae S.R.L. ricerca un Responsabile Amministrazione Finanza e Controllo per accelerare la crescita e consolidare la gestione della società. Il talento selezionato garantirà la corretta gestione amministrativa e finanziaria della società, nel rispetto delle norme di legge vigenti e in stretto coordinamento con il CEO e il direttore dei programmi. Nello specifico, si occuperà di: contribuire alla creazione di valore e alla crescita della società, anche mediante la ricerca degli strumenti e delle opportunità finanziarie appropriate; gestire e coordinare gli aspetti amministrativi e finanziari della società, e in particolare il ciclo passivo; assicurare l'elaborazione del bilancio redatto sia secondo i principi contabili nazionali OIC che internazionali IFRS, gestendo i rapporti con la società di consulenza e revisione; assicurare l’elaborazione dei consuntivi gestionali, dei preventivi, dei piani economico-finanziari e dei reports periodici e straordinari; preparare i documenti necessari al pagamento delle imposte dirette ed indirette assicurare la corretta impostazione delle problematiche fiscali, valutarie, doganali e societarie della società; garantire la corretta gestione amministrativa dei subappalti; gestire le risorse finanziarie e mantenere i contatti con gli Istituti di Credito e Assicurativi utilizzati dalla società; Il candidato/a ideale è un talento, laureato (anche di recente) in Scienze Economiche o in Economia Aziendale, con una conoscenza dei principi contabili, della normativa fiscale e tributaria, che sia motivato ad una un'esperienza di crescita di una start-up innovativa basata sulle competenze e con un approccio internazionale. Una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese è un prerequisito. Finis Terrae SRL è una start-up innovativa di piccole dimensioni, attiva nel settore della propulsione spaziale, con sede in Roma. La posizione in oggetto è nell'organigramma della società l'unica competenza interna in ambito amministrativo e gestionale: il candidato sarà supportato da diverse altre professionalità in outsourcing, e avrà ampia delega operativa e decisionale.

Space Propulsion Assembly Integration and Testing Engineer:

The position is a challenging opportunity for a bright young engineer within the Finis Terrae Project. The very idea of the FT project is to develop and deliver world class Orbital Propulsion System solutions, by using an innovative development approach, focused to risk decision making and time to market. The position spreads over a wide spectrum of objectives, from building up an agile quality system, performing quality engineering tasks on space grade propulsion products and operations and assuring quality control management and activities. The main regulatory frame to move in is the AS-9100 and the ECSS-Q,M,E series of norms. The candidate shall be strongly motivated by Finis Terrae Project start-up international environment, ready to win the challenges of spacing from quality system conception, to product assurance and even control, with an high level of empowerment and responsibility. He will be either an outstanding young MSc graduate in Mechanical/Aerospace or other engineering or physical sciences coherent with space propulsion field, or a professional in Quality Assurance, in any case familiar with aerospace quality norms. Very appreciated competence will be on RAMS analysis. English as working language and international mindset are mandatory conditions, working seat Rome, Italy.
